You can feel the strong Tibetan Buddhist atmosphere when you enter the Balagh Sect. For thousands of years, religion has taken root in the hearts of Tibetans.
Through Time and Space -- A Thousand-Year Legend of Khamba Tribe in Bala Village
The sky in Batang, the heavy land of Kangba, is filled with smoke and beautiful sky. In the tribal battle, it presents a gloomy and tired sadness. The immature power of Buddhism at that time was far from being able to resolve the vendetta between tribes and families from generation to generation with his compassionate feelings. At the time of the rise of the fierce quartet, the name of Sinadogi gradually passed on in people's mouths, and gradually Sinadogi had become a famous overlord among many tribes. Endless battles and countless victories quietly obliterated Snadogi's mind. However, the endless war, although it won widespread awe, brought endless turmoil and tribulations to his tribe. His wife Ren said Ram felt tired and just wanted to find a piece of pure land to live a peaceful life.
A miraculous encounter completely changed Sladogi and made the present Sacrament Balag Sect.
On a snowy day, Ren said Ram met an old Lama Wangdui who had lost his eyes in the flames of war but had a kind and pure heart. They are all equally war-weary and eager to find a fairyland on Earth where they can laugh happily, scream impudently and live carefree. During the long conversation, Wangdui told Ram about the Buddha's dream, "where the mountains are high, the trees are green, the water is clear, the Buddha takes a nap under the thousand-year-old bodhi tree, there are Shambhala pagoda, snow-capped mountains shining with auspicious light, and wide pastures ..... Legend has it that the daughter of the mountain god of Rongzan Kawagbo, is, is going to marry to be married to the wife of Gongga Shenshan in the family in the northeast to be" Gongga "Gong. When the three beautiful princesses and servants came to a realm where no one set foot, it was already bright, and the shy three princesses stayed here from then on, becoming the three main peaks of Gezong Snow Mountain and the surrounding sacred mountains. The beautiful and happy incarnation of" Gezong Bensong "has brought infinite vitality to the earth, especially the sacred mountain. The girls growing up around the sacred mountain are very beautiful, and can sing and dance, the old man has a long life, and the lovers are happy."
A simple "lovers are happy and happy", completely captured the heart of ram, ram decided to put down everything, to find "ge zong bensong".
In this way, Ram and Wangdui helped each other to leave Batang and embarked on a long journey of fairyland search.
Once again Snodogi returned victorious, but his lover was nowhere to be seen. The sudden blow left Dorje in a state of confusion. The exhaustion and helplessness of the years of fighting came to his mind together, and he realized that everything existed only because of Ram. The joy of victory in the battle suddenly disappeared, and after countless sleepless nights, Snardogi finally saw his beloved girl in his dream.
In the dream, Ram smiled so brightly that she played freely in the mountains. The mountains there are high, the trees are green, the water is clear, there are thousand-year-old bodhi trees, Shambhala pagoda, snow-capped mountains shining with auspicious light, and wide pastures on which yaks and sheep are running happily.
Ram's pure and brilliant smile in the dream smoothed the sadness and fatigue in his heart. Finally, in the middle of the night one day, Snatogi gathered all his family and people who were willing to follow him, prepared enough food and horses, and embarked on a long journey to find the fairyland on the world and the beautiful dream holy land in his heart. They walked all over Kham and went through hardships until the food ran out and people fell down one by one. Snardoji looked at his tired family and people, tears welled up in his eyes, and he slowly fell down. When he fell down, he saw the bodhi tree.
I don't know how long they woke up from exhaustion. When they opened their eyes, a miracle came: the blue sky, the colorful flowers, the back of the mountain, facing the steep canyon, a sacred domain of dust appeared in front of everyone. Everyone was conquered by the sight in front of him. Snardoji smiled on his face. At this time, he firmly believed that this was the fairyland on earth that Ram had guided him to find.
Wangdui and Jen said that Ram, after many hardships, also came to this holy land. The old lama pursued the dream in his heart and came to the side of the sacred mountain. It was surrounded by mountains, shrouded in clouds and mist, and had a wide field of vision. A sacred tower stood there not far away, so the old lama began his pious practice here.
Ram came to a canyon looking at the sky, all the pain seemed to escape from the bottom of my heart, and the "Gezong Bensong" in my heart really appeared in front of me, so Ram lived here waiting for Snatogi.
One day a year later, Sinadogi came to the mountain forest to hunt. Suddenly he saw a golden light slowly stretching out to the sky from the canyon. He followed Xiangguang to the canyon. A familiar figure came into view. It was his beloved Ren called Ram! Excited, he shouted one after another-Ren called Ram, Ren called Ram! Ram looked back in surprise, tears were dim when he turned around, and the two ran to each other, hugging tightly......
Ram told Snadoji that the auspicious light was the result of the old Lama Wangdui's repair. They walked quietly hand in hand and unconsciously came to the vicinity of the pagoda of God. Next to the pagoda of God was a stone mountain shaped like a cough, and behind the stone mountain was a mountain shaped like a scripture. The whole scene was a lama who devoted himself to meditation under the protection of the pagoda of God, looking at the scripture in front of him and praying devoutly.
After returning to the village, Snadogi decided to move to the place where he saw Xiangguang (Bala Village), and the village where he now lives was their pasture (Naidang Ranch). Everyone agreed to his decision.
In this way, a hero's tribe disappeared, and a mysterious village began to peacefully greet the millennium sunrise and the moon fall.
"The wind is high in the mountains, the clouds are empty and the leaves are hard on the horseshoe. One is to save the clothes and land, and the other is to lock the key". Before the 1980 s, Bala Village was only connected with Dongwang Township in the north through Zagu Gorge, and generations of ancestors went back and forth in this rising canyon, deducing the myth of Balag Sect. In 1979, the post road excavated along the mountain in the south of the village brought more convenience to the villagers. In the 21st century, the descendant of the hero Sna Dorje gave up the superior life of tens of millions of assets and gave back to his hometown. Roads were built, power lines were erected and tourism was developed in forgotten villages. The ancient closed villages have since become open.
Spiritual Guidance-The Millennium Bodhi God Tree of Balagezong
More than 2500 years ago, Buddha Sakyamuni meditated for 49 days under the bodhi tree in the south of Gaya City, the state of Mogadishu in China and India. He defeated all kinds of evil temptations. He observed the origin of the Dharma in nature and realized the Three Ming and the Four Truths. He proved that there was no right consciousness. At dawn, when the star rose, he gained great enlightenment and finally became Buddha.
The Buddha said, "Worship the bodhi tree, which is as great as worshipping the Buddha's merits and virtues, because he helped me to realize the Buddha's fruit." Studying abroad, the Buddha explained his nature, "In Buddhism, the bodhi tree is a holy tree. Because, the Buddha became the way under the bodhi tree, and seeing the bodhi tree is like seeing the Buddha. Therefore, worshipping the bodhi tree has become a common practice and has been passed down to this day".
The twilight drum and the morning bell, the time goes by, and the god tree of Balagezong Bodhi has blossomed and withered for more than 4000 years in a long distance and vicissitudes that cannot be spilled. Legend has it that when Buddha Sakyamuni was on a missionary trip, he took a rest under this bodhi tree, taking different flowers and showing different light. The tree feels the Buddha's love, and the stone looks at the Buddha's departure. After a long time, it is integrated with the rock. The guru said, "Sit and watch the Barra Bodhi Tree, and the branches of the spirit bird learn Sanskrit". There are very few things made of Bodhi tree in Balag, and the beads made of Bodhi are even more rare. These beads have certain magic power. People regard them as treasures and cherish them even more. As long as they are good Buddhist disciples, they can feel them when they touch them. Ordinary disciples, especially when they are upset and dry, wear them to feel their real effect of calmness. This thing is rare, and those who are predestined friends get it!
According to the Golden Light's Most Victorious King's Book, the Bodhi tree has a guardian deity, called the Bodhi tree god. Tibetan Buddhism believes that the Bodhi tree embodies various virtues, and it has the ability to make people realize their wishes and relieve their guilt, and protect all living beings through the ages. Worship to the bodhi tree will delight the gods who live on the tree, and the wishes of the multitude will be rewarded. To enable people to get rid of all kinds of difficulties and realize their wishes.
Xiude Jifu-Balag Buddha Pagoda and Mani Pile
The pagoda serves as a symbolic treasure for believers to worship; at the same time, it has a deterrent force that can suppress all evil or alien forces for Tibetan believers to pray for help. Double-bowl lamasery. This kind of Tibetan pagoda developed or evolved into a local style in the snow-covered plateau, and it took a long time to gradually improve and mature.
The stupa and tibetan spirit pagoda have a very profound symbolic meaning. "The immortal capital Galba said: 'The lotus on the pagoda symbolizes the six thoughts; the base symbolizes the ten good places; the pagoda steps symbolizes the four thoughts; the pagoda hidden symbolizes the mana; the pagoda bottle symbolizes the bodhicitta; the pagoda road (I. e. the flower vines) symbolizes the saint and the thirty-seven articles of the bodhi; the wheel on the unworldly lotus symbolizes ten power symbolizes; the Guanyin mantra symbolizes great compassion and the integration of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into one; the tower umbrella and the rain-covering eaves symbolize the double fortune of wisdom and sorrow; the dripping eaves symbolize the prosperity of the cause; the sun and the moon symbolize the two prophets'" ("Tibetan Buddhist Painting Measurement Sutra"). "Tibetan Buddhism in the Snowy Region" contains pagodas all over the Buddhist countries, which are also mausoleums, or spiritual pagodas, and have a special Buddhist meaning. The square base at the bottom of the pagoda represents a solid foundation. On it are water polo, then fire cone; On top of it is the air support; At the top is the fluctuating spirit or the aura to be separated from the material world; And the above elements are all reached by the "interesting enlightenment step road. This is basically the idea of the "four worlds" of Buddhism-earth, fire, water, and space-in the pagoda, so that these four attributes are expressed as tangible substances through the pagoda, which can be visually observed. The remains of eminent monks and living Buddhas are preserved in such pagodas, which not only embodies the Buddhist thought of returning the body to the "four realms", but also symbolizes the "wheel of life" of birth-life-death-spirit-birth ......, realizing endless reincarnation.
In the mountains, intersections, lakes and riversides of Balagezong, almost all Mani piles can be seen. Also known as "God heap", Tibetan called "Duo Gang", is the meaning of the stone. "Duo Gang" is divided into two types: "Duo Gang" and "Zhenxie Duo Gang".
On the "Mani heap" are slates or stones engraved with Mani scriptures such as "six-character mantra" and the "six-character secret mantra" of Bon religion, as well as some feather arrows and double horns or whole horned skulls of peas, antelopes and yaks. In Tibetan areas, the square or conical "Mani piles" of different sizes made of large and small stones are also planted with wooden sticks and branches, which are pulled to a tree or cliff nearby with ropes. The branches and ropes are covered with colorful wind and horse prayer flags, as well as auspicious and evil-fighting ornaments such as hada, colored thread and white wool.
On a good day, people simmer mulberry while adding stones to the Mani heap, touching it with their foreheads sacred, reciting prayers in their mouths, and then throwing it to the heap. Eternity, one after another Mani pile up, the higher the base. Each stone condenses the prayer of believers from the heart.
Mani stone production, so that these natural stone began to visualize. In the long historical process of Tibetans, a vast sea of Mani stone carvings have emerged, which can be seen everywhere. It is the pursuit, ideal, emotion and hope of Tibetans carved on stone.
Top of Shangri-La -- Gezong Shenshan
Barragzon sacred mountain is the mountain of Shangri-La gods. Known as the "top of Shangri-La" reputation. It is one of the three sacred mountains in the Kangba region. It is shaped like the pictographic word "mountain", straight into the sky, shining in the sun, and its shape is strange and magnificent, the tip of the mountain is like a thorn, straight into the sky, according to the old man, Gezong Snow Mountain is also called "Gezong Ben Song", meaning the three sisters of Gezong. They are the daughters of the god of mountain rongzan kawagbo, and they want to marry the family of mountain gongga god in the northeast to be the wives of "gongga bensong" (the third prince of gongga). In the Tibetan Year of the Goat, when the three beautiful princesses came to Bala accompanied by their attendants, it was already bright, and the shy three princesses stayed in Bala from then on, becoming the three main peaks of Gezong Snow Mountain and the surrounding sacred mountains. The summit is covered with ice and snow all the year round. Legend has it that Master Lotus has stepped on it. "Belonging to all sentient beings to worship the holy place of God's accumulation of virtue". The summit of Gezong Shenshan is often surrounded by white clouds, which is increasingly mysterious. Locals think it would be a blessing to see the summit. In people's heartbeat and breathing, there is a strong vitality and appeal; people's soul is shocked, deterred and inspired invisibly. The peak of Gezong is often surrounded by white clouds, and locals think it would be a blessing to see the peak. The towering and upright sacred mountain has both majestic and majestic places and quiet and solemn places. It is surrounded by many strange peaks, as well as wonderful rocks, canyons, shrubs, ancient cypresses, and clean springs.
Since it is regarded as a holy place in the hearts of Buddhist believers, many believers come to worship every year. After traveling thousands of miles, I came here through hard work, kowtowed and prayed along the way, and worshipped around the mountain before I could be considered as a complete success and fulfilled my long-cherished wish.
Xiongqi Canyon to Heaven
The Balagezongg Grand Canyon is a great work of nature. From the main peak at an altitude of 5545 meters to the river valley at an altitude of 2000 meters, the drop between the mountains and valleys is as high as 3545 meters. "There are gorges in the gorges, and there are gorges on the gorges." Connected "is its biggest feature. The mountains on both sides of these canyons are mostly cliffs with a height of 1,000-2,000 meters. Strange rock formations and geological folds are painted into huge water and rock paintings on the cliffs. In the gloomy primeval forest, all kinds of strange flowers and plants complement each other with strange vines and trees. Pieces of cactus and palms, invisible azalea sea, large tracts of vegetation; Clear and beautiful rivers meander like mist, stirring up thousands of flowers; the steep cliffs hold up a line of blue sky, as well as the waterfalls falling from the cliffs and the echo wall around the valley for three days... Everything is like a magic axe, which makes people amazed. The magical canyon leaves people a rich mystery: is this a sculpture of the orogeny of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau? Or is it an ancient relict of the Cenozoic 80 million years ago? Or is it a floating creature of the Quaternary three-time subtropical plants?
The Balagezongg Grand Canyon is a secret place where you must make a pilgrimage to Balagezongg. On both sides of the main gorge Shangri-La Grand Canyon, there are also many side valleys, such as Dalarong Canyon, Barra Canyon, Nanka Zhuorong Canyon and so on.
Walking into the depths of the canyon, you can appreciate the inner shock and visual impact brought by the Grand Canyon. This is a U-shaped canyon, walking on the plank road, under the soles of the feet is the flowing Gangqu River, the top of the head is a steep cliff almost vertical, the top of the cliff is the blue sky with white clouds floating, everything looks precipitous, strange, quiet and heartbeat. On the cliff, between the cracks of large stones, small shrubs and clusters of delicate wild flowers grow tenaciously. Even the dark stone was covered with all kinds of moss. In this picturesque scenery, the long plank road came to an end unconsciously. Further ahead, Lausanne said it was the Shangri-La Grand Canyon, but the road was very difficult. So he walked down the river beach, put on a life jacket, sat on a rubber boat, and drifted down slowly and quickly along the direction of the Gangqu River. A plank road suspended on the cliff is our way into the canyon. This is a U-shaped canyon, walking on the plank road, under the soles of the feet is the flowing Gangqu River, the top of the head is almost vertical and steep cliff, the top of the cliff is the blue sky with white clouds, such an adventure, the heart is pounding, but the mood is extremely comfortable. A little deeper into the "South Caltrow", a branch of the Shangri-La Grand Canyon, where the scenery is even more beautiful. The canyon is so deep and narrow that when you look up from the bottom of the valley, only a line of blue sky is exposed on both sides of the cliffs. It is about 4 kilometers from the bottom of the valley to the top of the gorge, and it is now less than 1 kilometer open to tourists. However, this short canyon, which has been opened, is enough to appreciate the artistic conception of the celestial world. There is an echo wall in the canyon. I let go of my throat and roar at the echo wall. The voice spread far away and returned far away......
Tribal Homeland-Nai Dang Ranch and Plateau Lakes
This is the place where the Snadoji tribe first lived, with undulating mountains and vast forests; meadows like blankets, cattle and sheep like clouds; rivers gurgling, rare birds everywhere; valleys like spring, snow on the top of the mountain. Pastoral pastures are like weaving, cattle and sheep flocks, snowy mountains, lush forests and abundant rain. You can not only enjoy the pastoral scenery of Tibetan grasslands in Nedang pasture, but also personally understand the mysterious cultural customs of the Tibetan people in Diqing Shangri-La.
Here in the spring sometimes heavy snow, the wind biting, and sometimes the sun shining, green. The kind of strange natural landscape caused by vertical temperature changes is always exciting!
Whenever summer comes, the charming scenery is when the pasture is a green ocean, all kinds of flowers compete with each other, pieces of white clouds float in the endless blue sky, shepherds horse, cattle and sheep swim, so that tourists who dissolve into nature feel relaxed and happy, beautiful.
After about an hour of stop-and-go, a primeval forest will appear in front of you. There are rich tree species and peculiar tree shapes. There are tall spruce, tall pine trees, and low bushes. There are luxuriant branches and leaves, thick shade to avoid the sun. Birds chirp, no scorching sun, only cool, comfortable and pleasant. There is a natural rhododendron forest. In the middle of May every year, the azaleas everywhere begin to cover the hillside and stretch to the river valley. Walking among them, we can see that the snow peaks stand, the flowers are in full bloom, the clear springs are playing, and the Tibetan village is carefree and beautiful to suffocate. While the distant snow peaks are still covered with white snow, the azaleas are already drunk.
Crimson's cloud-like struggle with each other is ecstatic!
It is when the pasture, is a paradise of birds and flowers. The original forest landscape is well preserved, with Tibetan ancient cypresses, Himalayan firs, plant living fossils "tree ferns" and more than 100 species of rhododendrons on the plateau. It is known as "natural natural natural museum" and "natural green gene bank. Standing here, lamenting its magnificence and mystery, there was a cry in my heart: "this is the most precious primitive Grand Canyon landform and forest in China".
Around the Barragzong Shenshan, there are 18 plateau holy lakes, large and small, such as Luozuo (a lake soaked by sheep), Cuo Nazan Wonka (earpot lake) and Tsering Cuo (Changming Lake). The beautiful lake, the quiet blue, is so quietly placed like a mirror in the blue sky, snow-capped mountains and white clouds, clear and rippling with microwaves, so clear and clear. Close your eyes, the world as if only we and this piece of water. The light and shadow flickered and flickered with the wind, and occasionally hit people in the face. I couldn't help squinting, raising my head, and feeling every trace of the sun-too happy as a gift from God.
So blue so blue pure sky, distant glittering white mountain top, the lake quiet and elegant, green grass shake... All these, too like a fairy tale wonderland, you can't help but breathe, afraid to break the little bit of peace here. In the face of nature, people become foreign guests. We, who are used to loud words and large-scale movements, will become tied up. You may even think that finding a place to sit down, quietly, doing nothing, and thinking about nothing, just like a stone or a tree that has entered meditation, is the most suitable for this quiet and intoxicating beauty.
Sitting on the stone by the lake, the lake came in waves, and the reflection in the lake was bright and clear. Such a scenery, such a good place, how can you easily say goodbye? Perhaps the best choice is to turn around the lake with the local Tibetan compatriots and enjoy its beauty, or bring tents and sleeping bags, set up camp by the lake, listen to the breeze and watch the stars with the bright moon. If you can be lucky enough to have a carriage, grass, barefoot, fairy music fluttering green wedding in this fairyland, it should be the world's ultimate happiness dizzy!
The blue crystal clear color, as if it should not be a human thing. The pure and transparent lake blue, the soft indigo, the blue that cleanses the soul and the silent dark blue. Her beauty, even with all the praise to describe it, seemed so pale and feeble.
Walking along the lake is really beautiful. The lake melts like a blue ribbon around white ice. Stepping on top of the rattling rubble and snow. There are waterfowls flying in the sky, all making crisp cries, which can't be heard in the city. It gives us the most direct spiritual experience. The most real emotions flow, whether happy, sad, calm or agitated, will be like the natural scenery in front of us, exuding a free charm between heaven and earth. No more reasons are needed to comment. Pain is as beautiful as happiness.
Buddha's Edge-Shambhala Pagoda
After the old lama Wangdui was raised to heaven, it turned into a stone mountain. Under the protection of the pagoda of gods, a mountain like a scripture was added behind the stone mountain where the pagoda of gods was dedicated to meditation. The whole scene was a lama looking at the scripture in front of him and praying devoutly.
That a sunny day at dusk, we stood at the foot of the pagoda, against the light of the pagoda silhouette, quietly standing in front of us. The radial rays behind the ridge shot into the blue sky, illuminating the white clouds nestling on the top of the mountain. Mountain wind slowly, slowly blowing, blowing a kind of cool heart, blowing away the heart that more or less impetuous, blowing away the corner of the eyes that if there is no melancholy. Unconsciously, heaven, the ground, people, God a piece of ethereal. Unconsciously, the tower of God is so natural and comfortable, washing us clean, from the tip of the hair to the toes, from the skin to the heart, from the body to the spirit.
The beauty of the pagoda cannot be expressed in words. She is extraordinary in her world and has ice crystals and jade cleanness, which makes every tourist covet. She has the magnificence of the snow-covered plateau and the beauty of the south of the Yangtze River. Under the blue sky, the white and majestic snow-capped mountains and blue and soft lakes, tall and straight firs and soft meadows have a strong impact on people in terms of feeling or color.
When we came to the pagoda, the sky was cloudless, blue and clear, and the pagoda was close at hand, like a flawless jade fan, huge, delicate and crystal clear, reflecting the brilliance of the sun approaching us step by step.
The companion of the colleague said: "The Tower of God is such a tower. When you see it, you will cry, you want to swear, you want to shout, you want to love."
The pagoda of God is such a place that it is difficult to experience without personal experience.
It is bathed in the morning light, the sun shines, carrying the hope of the millennium.
The breeze is like water, the night is quiet and cool, the dream is real, and the thoughts are endless all night. Early in the morning, thinking is still wandering lazily in the wilderness of dreams, wandering aimlessly, lust for the sweetness of dreams.
The sky was as blue as the sea water, as warm as jade, and as low as a hat, it seemed that you could reach it with your hand, holding up a clear water and scooping it into your arms. The cloud, white as cotton, light as gauze, short and low, flew on the top of the mountain with a gentle breath.
The air, transparent, wisps of sunshine like a group of children, briskly through the fir forest, chasing, playing, shaking my eyes for a while, touching my skin for a while, sprinkling laughter all the way, leaving mottled figures.
And it comes from my pure holy and deep pagoda, the heaven in my heart, which I pray for forever......
