Sna Dinzhu said that he loves to "dream one after another", but these dreams are always related to the Balagzon. On New Year's Day in 2008, the Barra Village Highway, which Sna Dingzhu had been thinking about for more than ten years, was finally opened to traffic! But for Slatingzhu, the road is not the end. It was just the beginning of another of his ambitions-the development of tourism in Balagzon.

Long before the road was built, Snadingzhu planned for his hometown with advanced thinking: after the passage, Balagzon would present the most beautiful posture to the world and integrate into the big pattern of Shangri-La tourism.

This advanced thinking is precisely reflected in his design and planning of scenic spots: to develop tourism, we must protect the ecology. Balagzong is located in the core of the world natural heritage Sanjiangyuan, and coexists with the world's rare ecological diversity. The protection of the ecological environment is an important prerequisite for sustainable development.

Balagzong Snow Mountain is the highest peak in Shangri-La, with an altitude of 5545 meters. The lowest point is 2000 meters above sea level, with a relative height difference of 3545 meters. The vegetation is very rich.

To this end, Snadinger signed an "ecological agreement" with the construction team: compensation for destroying a tree. His younger brother Lobsang Tashi, who has been engaged in the mining industry, strolled up the minerals in the Balagzong Mountains and was rebuffed by Sna Dingzhu's eyes.
